Wheelbarrow Training Sled
Challenge pushing, pulling, carrying, grip, and full-body conditioning with this multi-functional Wheelbarrow Training Sled, designed for loaded training and multidirectional movement.
The wheelbarrow engages the upper body, core, back, and grip while providing a platform for push, pull, and carry training. Its design makes it suitable for strength and conditioning workouts, Strongman-style training, obstacle course preparation, combat sports training, and other functional fitness applications.
Four weight posts provide storage for Olympic-sized weight plates, with two vertical weight posts and two handles that also function as weight posts. The wheelbarrow has a 500 lb total load capacity, with a maximum of 200 lb per weight sleeve.
A 9-inch diameter solid wheel allows the wheelbarrow to be maneuvered indoors or outdoors. The steel frame is finished in powder-coated black for a durable training setup.
Loading & Safety
The 500 lb capacity is the total capacity of the wheelbarrow. Each weight sleeve has a maximum capacity of 200 lb, while each weight arm has a 50 lb capacity. Load plates evenly across the posts and do not drop the wheelbarrow from standing height while it is loaded with plates.
