Wrist Roller Forearm Strength Trainer

Strengthen your forearms and grip with the Wrist Roller, a compact training tool designed for controlled wrist, forearm and grip exercises.

The Wrist Roller can be loaded with weight plates, dumbbells or kettlebells using the included carabiner and loading pin. Rotate the handles forward or backward to raise or lower the attached weight, allowing you to control the intensity of your training.

Soft foam grip handles provide a comfortable training surface, while the powder-coated steel construction is designed for regular strength and conditioning use. When your workout is complete, the strap can be wrapped around the handle and secured with the integrated Velcro strap for convenient storage.

Training Use

Hold the Wrist Roller at approximately shoulder height and rotate the handles in a controlled forward or backward motion. The movement raises or lowers the attached load, making the Wrist Roller suitable for forearm and grip strength training, warm-ups and conditioning sessions.
