H-PND Reverse Hyper Machine
The H-PND Reverse Hyper Machine provides a dedicated platform for lower-body and posterior-chain training, with plate-loaded resistance and multiple adjustment options.
Designed for reverse hyperextensions, the machine can also be used for movements such as pull-throughs and single-arm rows. The setup includes a padded support surface, grip handles, durable steps and a hyper strap for different training configurations.
The 6″ handles can be adjusted through eight positions in 2″ increments, allowing you to customize the setup for different users and exercises. An included cross brace provides an additional configuration for training.
The machine accepts Olympic-sized weight plates through its 10″ loadable sleeve. Two spring collars are included to help secure loaded plates, while rubber feet provide contact with the floor during training.
Built with an all-steel frame and a powder-coated black finish, the H-PND has a 700 LB loadable weight capacity and a 400 LB user weight capacity. Hardware is included for assembly.
