Multiple Grip Pull-Up Bar

The Multiple Grip Pull-Up Bar provides several grip positions for pull-ups,
hanging leg raises and other upper-body exercises, with comfortable foam handles
designed for training without gloves.

The bar features three different bar sections, including a center
bar with side handles and parallel grips. These positions allow you to vary your
hand placement for different pull-up and chin-up movements.

The foam-covered grips provide a comfortable alternative to knurled metal
surfaces. The center bar can also be used as a mounting point for resistance
bands, exercise straps and other compatible training accessories.

The wall-mounted design is intended to be installed at a height that allows you
to perform pull-ups without your feet touching the ground. Mounting hardware and
installation instructions are included.
