Plate-Loaded Chest Support T-Bar Row Machine

The Plate-Loaded Chest Support T-Bar Row Machine provides a supported leverage rowing setup with an adjustable footplate, chest pad and multiple grip positions for different rowing variations.

The incline chest pad provides a stable upper-body support position during rows, while the diamond-plated footplate can be adjusted using its pop-pin mechanism. This allows the footplate position to be customized to the user’s height and preferred setup.

Multiple handle configurations allow you to perform T-bar rows, chest-supported rows, single-arm rows and wide- or narrow-grip variations. The machine features stationary vertical and horizontal grip handles with durable rubber grips.

Olympic-sized weight plates can be loaded onto the 14.5″ weight sleeve, with a rowing weight capacity of 400 LB. Bolt-down holes are included for users who want to secure the machine to the floor.

The frame is constructed from 11-gauge steel and finished in powder-coated black. The chest pad uses HeftyGrip vinyl upholstery, while the overall design provides a dedicated platform for supported rowing movements.
