T-3 Series Yoke
The T-3 Series Yoke is a versatile training frame designed for Strongman, endurance and strength training. Its multi-function design can be configured for yoke carries, squats, pressing movements, sled work and pull-up training.
Built with 2″ × 3″ 11-gauge square steel uprights, the yoke features a bolt-together frame, adjustable crossbar, two bases with nylon skid feet and vertical Olympic-sized weight plate horns.
The adjustable crossbar features a large 2.95″ diameter grip and can be positioned for different training requirements. The uprights include 2″ hole spacing along with 1″ Westside hole spacing, providing multiple adjustment points for compatible training setups.
The frame can be used as a classic yoke carry, squat or press stand, push or drag sled, or fat-grip pull-up station. It can also be configured with compatible T-3 Series accessories to expand its training capabilities.
With a 750 LB weight capacity, the T-3 Series Yoke is suitable for home gyms, garage gyms, conditioning, Strongman training and organized fitness spaces.
