Plate-Loaded Lat Pulldown & Low Row

The Plate-Loaded Lat Pulldown & Low Row combines two upper-body cable exercises in one compact station, providing dedicated positions for lat pulldowns and seated rows with Olympic plate-loaded resistance.

The machine uses dual 13-inch loadable weight sleeves and has a stated weight capacity of 400 LB. A 1:1 weight ratio provides a direct resistance relationship between the loaded plates and cable movement.

The included lat bar and low-row handle provide dedicated attachments for pulldown and rowing exercises. Four adjustable thigh-pad positions allow the seated setup to be configured for different users during lat pulldown movements.

The steel frame features a powder-coated black finish and is designed for a compact footprint. The machine can be permanently mounted to the floor, and the supplier recommends bolting it down before performing upright cable rows.

Lat Pulldown & Low Row Training

The high cable position is designed for lat pulldown exercises using the included lat bar, while the low position provides a setup for seated rows using the included low-row handle.
